Very Good

i spend two weeks here. friendly hosts, alwayas available, beautiful clean garden and cool pool,big rooms, its in the middle of ubud center, so i could walk to the yogastudios, a lot of good cafes next door

i think the bathrooms would need a renovation

Wonderful

Great location, its easy to walk to everything in Ubud. The pool is small but nice, aircon in room worked well and bed was comfy. Balcony was really nice.

Bathroom was very basic, but did at least have hot water. Staff weren't around when I initially arrived to check in and their bell wasn't working- it was later fixed while I was staying there so I think I just got unlucky but it meant waiting around for 20mins not knowing if I had a room!

A heavenly oasis in a perfect location

There’s so much to like! The view from our balcony — both of them — was beautiful, and the pool provided the perfect relief from the heat and humidity. Breakfasts were delicious! The location was quite perfect, right in the middle of things, and yet quiet because it’s set back from the road. Best of all was the staff, who made us feel at home and took care of our every need.

The water pressure is poor, making it hard to take a shower.

Very good location in the center in ubud ! Great stuff very helpful and nice relaxing pool area. Good view from the balcony

The bathroom is very old and the toilet seat broken. Also the walls were dirty and need a paint job

A lovely cool oasis in the busyness & heat of Ubud

A really lovely little oasis in the busyness & heat of Ubud. Room was very good & clean with front & back door for air flow. One view was over a rice field & the other over pool. Pool ( set in beautiful, cool, neat gardens) was a godsend after walking all day. AC & wifi excellent, basic good breakfast. Location mid way between monkey Forest & Palace on main road. Everything within walking distance of couple of kms. Surrounded by shops, cafes etc but off main road down a quiet lane. Owners extremely nice & helpful-lovely, lovely people. Definitely recommend ( price was very good)

No fridge or kettle in room but was loaned a kettle when I asked

Good

Very good location. There is a lovely breakfast cafe just outside the hotel. Balcony with a view on the garden, comfy bed.

The bathroom needs some work but overall it's good. The shower hose doesn't reach the shower holder and the bath looks old and yellow.

Very Good

Staff were really friendly and offered to clean the room for us every day. Right in the centre of Ubud, but still really quiet. Pool was nice, little bit small, but that just meant you have to do a few more lengths if you want to get a bit of exercise. Beautiful garden, and really nice woodwork on the doors and windows at the front of our room. Having a front and back porch/terrace was nice too, with a comfy sofa out the front.

Wi-fi wasn't great. Although there were several routers we were only given the password to the weakest one which meant doing any work online was quite hard. Although this was not the staff's fault as they rang the owner but he refused to let us use the stronger connections. Aside from that would highly recommend.

Wonderful

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic as it's walkable to Campuhan Ridge Walk, Ubud Palace, Saraswati Temple, and Monkey Forest. It's surrounded by many restaurants and cafes. The bedroom and bathroom are large and it even has a balcony that overlooks the gorgeous garden. There is a beautiful infinity pool for use in the garden. The bed, pillows, and linens are super comfy. The bedroom and bathroom are clean. The bathroom even has a bathtub. The WiFi is good.

The only issue is that we didn't have any hot water in the bath/shower and the water pressure wasn't the best.

It was a convenient stay.

Close to a lot of attractions in central ubud. Staff are helpful, one even waited for me to check in at 11pm. The view in the back is therapeutic.

Just minor things. Restroom needs more cleaning specially the bath tub or maybe I’m just a bit fussy about it. Water pressure in shower can be improved. Wifi needs nearer router in each rooms, maybe due to thick walls when inside the room the wifi is on and off.

An economic bungalow with great location

The bungalow is within walkable distance from main attractions in central Ubud. It is also near many great restaurants and convenient stores. The room is spacious and clean. Air conditioner and bath tub are great. Staffs are very friendly and supportive. They also allow us to deposit luggage after check-out. Its overall quality is good, taken into account its impressive price.

The location is not on a main street but a small alley, which is dark during night time. Too, the bungalow area is not enough lightened. Since it is close to a paddy field, there can be insects in the area. The room is quite old. There are only basic facilities in the room: no fridge, safety box, and bathroom ventrilation fan. My bathroom door is broken. Towel and soap are provided, but not shampoo, toothbrush-toothpaste, and complimentary drinking water. Payment cannot be done by card.

The balcony, the grounds, and the pool are beautiful. The staff are nice and they helped me with all my needs. The location is great because it’s in the center of Ubud so you can walk to many places. I found the bed/pillows to be comfortable. It was clean.

The bathroom had a horrible smell, which I think they try to cover up with a moth ball smell and I couldn’t decide which was worse. There is also mold/mildew in the bathroom. The room, and especially bathroom, felt dingy. Very dim lighting.

Little oasis in the center of buzzing Ubud

Place with a beautiful garden/pool and nice facilities. The room was nice, bathroom could have been a bit more equipped + waterflow stronger but otherwise - perfect. Specially loved the breakfasts there!

Charming place to stay, very cozy with a swimming pool and beautiful garden.

The bedsheets were totally dirty, I told them and they changed them. The bathroom needs to be refurbished.

A great place to stay in central Ubud while on budget

The Ubud Sensasi is great value for money and located in the very heart of Ubud. The room had views to both the garden as well as the rice paddy on the other side. There was also a very comfy couch on the verandah for relaxing as well as eating breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the room and bathroom were kept very clean.

No safe for valuables. It would also have been nice to have a kettle in the room for making a cup of tea or noodles, but not a major problem.
